Jordan Nature provides travel and tourism-related services including, but not limited to, tour organization, accommodation bookings, transportation arrangements, guiding services, and related travel products within Jordan and, where applicable, internationally.

Jordan Nature acts primarily as an agent between clients and third-party travel service providers unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility and Use of Website

By using our website and services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into binding agreements;
• You will use our website and services for lawful purposes only;
• You will not misuse the website, including attempting unauthorized access, transmitting malicious code, or engaging in fraudulent activity.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website or services at our discretion if misuse is suspected.

3. Bookings and Contracts

All travel bookings made through Jordan Nature are subject to:

• Availability of services;
• Acceptance by the relevant travel service provider (such as hotels, transport companies, or tour operators);
• These Terms & Conditions and any additional terms imposed by the service provider.

A binding contract is formed once a booking is confirmed in writing by Jordan Nature.

You are responsible for ensuring that all booking details provided are accurate, complete, and up to date. Jordan Nature is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information supplied by the client.

4. Prices, Payments, and Fees

• Prices are quoted in the agreed currency and are subject to change until confirmed.
• Full or partial payment may be required to secure a booking.
• Payments must be made by approved payment methods only.

Jordan Nature is not responsible for additional charges imposed by banks, card issuers, or payment processors, including foreign exchange or transaction fees.

5. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Cancellation and amendment policies vary depending on the services booked and the terms of third-party providers.

• Any cancellation or change request must be submitted in writing.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with the applicable supplier’s policy.

Jordan Nature will make reasonable efforts to assist clients with changes or cancellations but cannot guarantee refunds where third-party restrictions apply.

6. Travel Requirements and Responsibilities

Clients are solely responsible for:

• Obtaining valid passports, visas, permits, and travel documents;
• Ensuring compliance with immigration, customs, and health regulations;
• Arriving on time for departures, activities, and services.

Jordan Nature is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs arising from failure to meet travel requirements.

7. Changes to Itineraries

While Jordan Nature makes every effort to operate tours and services as planned, we reserve the right to make reasonable changes to itineraries where necessary due to operational, safety, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Such changes do not entitle the client to compensation unless otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Jordan Nature is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or expense caused by acts or omissions of third-party service providers;
• Jordan Nature is not liable for events beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or governmental actions.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

9. Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all clients and should cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, personal liability, and loss of belongings.

Unless expressly stated, travel insurance is not included in the services provided by Jordan Nature.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Jordan Nature website, including text, images, logos, itineraries, and designs, is the property of Jordan Nature or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

11. Privacy

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal information.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Jordan.
